Response from Klasko is so slow. Even though it is very simple question and it still took 1 or 2 days to reply. Sometimes I even replied immediately for further question and still it take long time to wait for the response. Very poor service

I cannot stress enough how great Klasko Immigration Law Partners are! They have been supportive, responsive, professional and kind. From the very first meeting, I immediately knew that I can trust them for the most important life decision I had to make. When I needed them at times of uncertainty, they were right there supporting and explaining and guiding. Anu, Thank you for being the kind and professional person you are. You have made things much easier for me and your confidence helped throughout the whole process. Sean, I am eternally grateful. I know you will be going places and that you are meant to help many others get a another chance in life. Hoya Saxa

My employer hired Klasko to process my green card application. I can only say that this has been the worst experience for me and I can only discourage anybody from working with this law firm. They repeatedly told me that they would file my petition in a certain time frame, but then they never did. There was also no communication for long stretches of time. I can understand that the pandemic disrupted many processes, but this is over now and even now they told me to provide regular updates, but the days come and go and you just do not hear from them. It is a total lack of professionalism on their side. Maybe it is normal to tell a customer to have something done in a certain time frame (like filing your petition or provide an update) and then not do it, but for me this is really aggravating. In addition, we are not talking about a few weeks, but we are talking about months and months. Our business administrator is helping me a lot and also had to spend a lot of time writing emails to Klasko with no reply. Thus, if you want to save your organization and yourself a lot of time and hassle please use another company. I do not know whether other companies are better than Klasko, but I cannot think about a worse experience than the one I had and am still having. I just hope that with this review I can help some people to avoid the same frustration. Moving to the US is stressful enough, you do not want your organization to pay a lot of money on top of this and have to work with a group of highly unprofessional individuals handling your legal affairs.

They are the law firm engaged by my employer so I am struck with them. This law firm do not process work-visa petitions on time and very unprofessional to work with. My employer doesn't care to ask the law firm to file ahead of time and nor does the law firm do it themselves. If I reach out the law firm directly, their attitude towards me is we are not answerable to you because you are not my client (but your employer is). This puts the work-visa recipient and their family in kind of a fix. If USCIS allows petitioner to file an extension 186 days ahead of their expiry, this law firm takes their own sweet time and process them only about 60 or 90 days before expiry putting the work-visa recipient at high stress and high risk. They have no regard to their indirect client. Especially this year with pandemic, USCIS closures and an erratic administration going through with their plan of suspending work visas it would only make sense for the law firm to take it upon them to be ahead of the game by submitting petitions ahead of time; but no - they don't care. I know I am in this country with the mercy of USCIS but didn't know I am at the mercy of this law firm too who are supposed to be on my side. If you are an employer who care about your employees legal & timely representation, skip considering this law firm.

This law firm will lie to you & steal your money! The customer service agent Renita Harris stated that A LOT of clients contact her for a full Refund. I am so distraught on how my money was stolen from me! $2,625 is a lot of money for a law firm to steal without doing anything for the case! WARNING: DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM!

In today's environment, immigration petitions can be really stressful, and we all know how important these things are to our and our family's lives. I initially worked with Klasko through my employer, and later I also chose them in cases at my own discretion. They've done superb jobs on my multiple petitions: initial work visa petition, work visa renewals, and EB cases. The people I've worked with from Klasko are all very professional. They are the true experts. I feel very fortunate to have worked with them since they are not only highly effective in their work, but also very compassionate and understanding throughout the entire process. My case manager, Will, is always very responsive and answer my (many) questions quickly with great clarity, which is really helpful (especially in times when I felt stressful about the situation or when I was scrambling). Besides my main petitions, I will also mention one small example to illustrate the relationship we've built: Will even helped out when my wife (whose immigration status was associated with mine) faced delay in renewing her driver's license because the DMV's database was temporarily out of sync with the DHS! (Things like this might seem small, especially when compared with work visas, but nonetheless they mean a lot to us. Imagine one whose driving privilege might be suspended for an unknown amount of time... Fortunately with Klasko's help it all worked out in time.) Klasko's technical advisers, Steven and Alexander, also did wonderful jobs. They really take a lot of time and effort to understand my background and my case. Their excellent skills, knowledge and attention to detail are truly commendable. I've had a phone conversation with the attorney, Bill, who gave me some really good advice in the early stage of my petition. Megan was very helpful and always timely answered all my email questions in great clarity as well. Overall, I've had very positive experiences with everyone I've worked with from Klasko. I feel I can really trust them. I highly recommend Klasko to anyone who needs help with immigration petitions.
