When we first met Harry, he was professional and sympathetic, something we had not seen when speaking with other attorneys. His assistant would call with difficult questions, and I will never forget that he reached out to me to apologize for having to ask those questions that brought immense pain but had to be answered. They handled everything with tact and 100% sincerity. Harry's assistant, Lolita, did a random act of kindness for our family and you just knew that they truly cared!
