I highly recommend Cohen, Placitella & Roth. I mainly worked with Jon Rubinstein who was proactive, knowledgeable and responsive. The CPR team achieved a good result for me and my family within a reasonable amount of time against a formidable corporation. I came by them through another respected law firm's referral. They recognized CPR would have the best probability of success which conveyed the respect they have within the legal community for my family's niche grievance.

Everyone at the firm couldn`t be nicer. One expects competent legal advice (which of course they deliver); but Harry Roth always went out of his way to call rather than e-mail and provide all the personal touches that made my case such a rewarding experience. I give them my highest recommendation!

You want answers you want Gibbons! This guy is not just my friend but this guy took the time to go over and explain things to me that I didn’t understand with a current case I had going on. He wasn’t even my attorney and took the time to explain the process of what was happening and what the next process was. If you need an attorney you have access to google. If want an attorney that will get the problem and situation resolved you want Gibbons!

Someone hit my parked car while I was at work, and left without leaving a note. My husband’s a lawyer, and told me to call Tom to see if he could help. He was so nice and easy to speak to. Didn’t use any of the legal mumbo jumbo or talk “at me.” Asked me questions and listened so he could really understand, and then went to work. He called security at my work, and was able to video from the parking garage. He watched several hours of footage before he found the incident, and then contacted the PA DMV for the registered owner of the car that hit mine. The guy then denied hitting my car, so Tom took him to court and tore him up! Was a really small case for Tom ($1,500 in damage), but he said he took it and helped me because he liked my last name. LOL. Thanks so much for your help, Tom! You’re definitely my go to lawyer, and I’ll tell everyone I know how awesome you and your staff are!

Two months after an accident, Tom took me in as a client and treated me like family for years to come as I worked through my recovery. Whenever I called, he answered. Whenever I texted, he answered. Tom took legal jargon and turned it into everyday speak which gave me the confidence to go as far as we did in my situation. He and his team are honorable individuals who want to help those in need.
