I selected this law firm to represent me by googling accident lawyers in ththe area. After reading the reviews I decided to give them a call. The same day I called, they had me start therapy and had someone meet me at the therapy office so that I wouldn’t have to go all the way to center city. It’s a bit frustrating when you think things can go as fast as you want but some of these things take patience and time. After my case has been settled I look back and I am very thankful that after being hit by a tractor trailer that I am safe. Although my car was considered total loss, I feel like my lawyers represented me really well. If you ever need to see if you even have a case, call them!

Dam wast of time 👎

I decided to contact them about representation solely based on their glowing 5-star google reviews. While I am happy that other people had great experiences, I wish I could say the same for myself. I had to constantly call them about documents, medical records and just communicating crucial details to me. I also found out that they have a lot of turnover with paralegals and that caused a lot of misplaced documents and delays. I caught them in several lies about regarding my case and it got to the point where they avoided calling me back because of it. I even did some of the leg work in my own case like getting medical records and reaching out to other parties involved. I do believe that any firm can learn from their mistakes and ultimately be a top a firm in the city but the first step is holding yourself accountable. Remember that you work for your clients, not the other way around. Update: My attorney did contact me and we worked through some of the issues that I experienced and expressed in my review. Definitely a step in the right direction to make things right. I recommend to anyone reading this that if you have or did have issues with your case, try to resolve them directly with your attorney and try to work things out.

I contacted this lawyer based on their 4+ star review. This is the worst experience I ever had with a lawyer. I would give it a 0 Star rating if I could. Communication with this law firm is like trying to reach the President of United States. Call them when needed consultation base on my case, only person i can speak to was the secretary. Ask for them to call me back but never heard from them. I don't know how they receive this 4.8 rating. Must've paid people to give them this review. If you ever need legal representation I would recommend you go somewhere else
