I found this firm through a Google search. I was happy that they agreed to represent me for a minor MV accident. Unfortunately, my experience was much more stressful than I anticipated. I had to repeatedly reach out to my attorney to see if the other party had received important documentation. On one occasion, the documents were not received so I wondered how much time would have went by if I didn’t inquire about them. I tried to speed up the process by getting my own medical records. Had I not followed up with my attorney on the multiple occasions, who knows when I would have finalized everything. I was also told when my check arrived, I would get a call or email. That never happened and I found out that it was in the office because I sent an email. The final, small headache was that my check was mailed out instead of being held in the office for pickup. I gave this firm two stars solely because they recovered a substantial amount but reflecting back on the experience as a whole, I would not use them for representation again.

I am currently stuck with Kofsky as my lawyer and I couldn't be any more unsatisfied with the service/attention that they have provided me with. It's been over a year that I had my accident and they have not resolved anything, in which I previously had simon and simon for another accident and they were the complete opposite, simon and simon were great and fast. With over a year since my accident I have maybe received 2 calls from Kofsky's administration team, because although requested the actual lawyer never decided to speak directly to me or return my call. All the other times I have spoken to someone is because I have had to call them to get an update on my case and either they then work on my case or make me feel like my case is worthless to them. Definitely regret hiring them as my lawyer and glad that the people who have asked so far for referral to a lawyer I have steered them in a different direction. I have had the experience with a good law office who is professional and they are definitely not it.
