Bruce L Castor and the firm he represents is profiting off the theft of catalytic converters. Do you know anyone who has been a victim of catalytic converter theft? If so, you are out of luck. Castor has deep connections in PA courts and will most likely get his criminal clients Michael Williams, Matthew Weintraub of TDI towing off leaving victims with no restitution.
