Wow! Just Wow! UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCLASSY AND RUDE. --- If within a few minutes on the phone, you want to: --- #1:  ... be put on speaker with TWO different people, *simultaneously*, advise them politely that the call is piercingly loud and you can't hear them clearly, only to be told: "Ma'am, we can hear you." (basically: "Who cares if you can't hear us!") and know they do not care about how you're treated as a human being/potential new client... --- #2: ...and then while on this *first call*, have "Shamica" (I'm sorry if I misspelled your name.), who first spoke on speakerphone to me, ask me where the matter for the family member I was calling about was located, and afterward responded with both a peculiar-sounding and long, "Ohhhhkaaayyy". --- Naturally, I asked for clarification as to why such a reaction, and I advised I didn't want to waste any of our time if they don't handle the area of incident. (Why else *should she* have had such a disdainful response?) Then the same man on speakerphone (whom I believed advised he was "Jerry Lindheim"/ who had told me they "could hear" me) basically overstepped completely/mansplained/gaslit my question's answer/their rudeness thus far; and spewed out his credentials + how long he'd been "doing this" in a hostile tone. (This was to muster me forward without acknowledging my question about the response to my answer.) --- I advised that I was not going forward because I'd had enough. --- Reality check: Who cares what your credentials and work history are if you're blatantly rude AND arrogant to those you serve! (*You missed out on a potentially FAT lawsuit regarding abuse, assault, multiple infractions and civil rights violations.) --- I advised I was disconnecting our call. --- No thank you! --- The perspective below is added as someone who comports herself professionally as a GenX *lady* at all times: --- Had he/either of them, a modicum of emotional intelligence, either should have realized we were off to a poor start because of: A: *THEIR* phone situation (WHO HAS A NEW CLIENT ON A LOUD, DOUBLE SPEAKERPHONE, CALL?) and the B: "Ohhh kaaaay" response to the city and institution of the facility I was asked about. C: Who speaks to a new client on the phone this way? Their comfort level doing so indicates innate haughtiness. --- Neither had the rectitude to apologize, request we start over and reset the professional integrity of the lawfirm; so, take from that what you will. --- Duly noted hensforth.

First time dealing with this type of situation, & just wanted to give a review for Gracelee’s efforts in assisting me throughout the process. She is very patient and understanding, communicates effectively and actually makes you feel like she cares about helping you. Feels like she goes the extra mile if that is what is needed in order to find a solution and that alone helped me stress a whole lot less than what I was.
