She has keen insights into the needs of the LGBT community and it easy to feel "heard and seen" as you work with Angela. She offered a complete package in my first estate plan that included POA documents, a will and a comprehensive financial plan She collaborated with trusted colleagues, she helped me expand my financial knowledge from "just" saving for retirement to truly thriving and building generational wealth. She asked me crucial questions that helped plan how to pass on my values as well as my estate. More recently, she helped revise my estate plan, bringing in her expertise to address a special needs trust and finely-tuned POA documents. She is a thoughtful, dedicated and intelligent attorney who I recommend wholeheartedly. I don't know how else to say it: Angela is THE BEST. We had a pretty complicated series of legal documents to draw up, including necessary communication with multiple family members and knowledge of the ins and outs of a few different kinds of trusts. Angela helped my ex wife and I with the adoption of my daughter. She was sensitive, timely, kind and very professional. I retained the legal services of Angela Giampolo, Esq. to assist me with a gay divorce and the revision of my last will and testament, and I recommend her highly and without qualification. What could have been a messy and ugly divorce was handled with sensitivity, understanding, patience, compassion, occasional humor (when it was needed) and professionalism that was first-rate. Angela was able to diffuse a potentially emotional and painful separation for my partner of 30 years and me with grace; she helped us develop and negotiate a post-nuptial agreement that separated our co-mingled financial assets and shared real estate amicably, without any disagreement, and without having to engage outside attorneys to represent either side (my ex-partner’s or mine). This saved us money, time, and heart-ache, and allowed my ex-partner and me to move on positively with our new lives. Following her work on our divorce, Angela also helped me revise my last will and testament, set up a revocable living trust to avoid probate, and to revise my living will. Throughout all my interactions with her, I found Angela to be highly professional, sensitive (particularly around issues related to being gay), and knowledgeable, and her legal fees were extremely reasonable compared to other attorneys I have used. I recommend Angela highly.

This firm helped me out with a family case and I have to say Angela is a very humble but super professional lawyer. What caught my attention is that she’s really focused on LGBT related-issues. I got the help I needed and she still checks on me to know if everything is alright. 10/10!
