Great experience working with David Frees at Unruh, Turner, Burke & Frees law firm. David did a great job with our estate planning. He answered all our questions with thorough explanations, took his time walking us through the multitude of documents and helped coordinate with our financial planner. Nice to have such an experienced professional helping with navigation of all the necessary aspects with wills and estate planning. Great support staff too!

David and his assistants did a fantastic job putting our estate planning and living will together for us. David knowledge really showed when discussing our estate planning. David was able to make the legal terms easy for us to understand and allowed us to make the choices that best suited our needs. Video conferencing made our meeting much easier than by telephone. It was a pleasure working with David and his staff.

When I had to update my will due to a tragic event in my life, I chose to do so with Unruh Turner Burke and Frees because of my past experience with them. From start to finish they treated me professionally and kindly and never made me feel like my questions were a bother to them. The entire staff was helpful and always responded to emails or phone calls almost immediately.

We think very highly of Douglas. He's always been very through, polite and helpful to point out ways for us to best care for the funds, property and other ideas to help us be good stewards of the blessings God has given us.
Especially with the wills reworking and drafts have been very good. Mary Beth has had family illnesses and hospice care needs in KY that have caused us to cancel and/or reschedule the rewrites. He's been very understanding and patient. We would absolutely recommend Doug and/or any others in your firm to our family and/or friends.
