I usually don't write reviews, but in this case, it was merited. An outstanding employee (top 5%), was denied his green card application because of the sloppy application made by a previous lawyer. With time running short, we contacted Ellen. Ellen was incredibly responsive and attentive to his needs. I worked with Ellen on two occasions: - The first time, I consulted her about a pending H1B petition that my employer had filed for me and that had been returned with an RFE. Ellen walked me through the petition and explained to me why USCIS had not accepted it. - The second time, I hired Ellen to prepare my Greencard application for me. Among other things, this involved drafting and filing the petition and accompanying me to the USCIS interview. On both occasions, I was very satisfied with Ellen's work. What stood out most to me were her professionalism, her candor, and her empathy. Compared to the H1B petition (which was handled by my employer's law firm), the Greencard process (handled by Ellen) was much, much smoother and less stressful.
