Ellen was very responsive whenever I had questions. Her counsel and help, especially during concurrent filing of adjustment of status with I-693(instead of waiting for RFE and then submit medical), really help my application get approved and Visa getting issued when the priority date advanced significantly in 2022. This was vey crucial as dates retrogressed after that and several applicants who were waiting for RFE didn't get their greencards.
