Called Ketchel Law from Florida because I needed access to old records in Allegheny County. After trying numerous times to actually speak to someone in the Clerk's Office I realized I needed help. Spoke with Justin and he counseled me through my options based on the record keeping processes in the County. All in all was very knowledgeable and the process played out exactly as he suggested. Saved me countless hours of trying to reach the County Clerk and acquire the documents. He was able to reach out to the appropriate authority and I had a resolution in a couple of business days. Highly recommend.
