I called last Friday with a concern and when Mr. Zuckerman couldn't make sense to what I was trying to explain to him he set up an appointment for Monday and asked me to submit my documents to him so he could better understand what I was telling him. Much to my shock I received an answer on Sunday explaining to me I was not understanding what the document meant. He thoroughly explained the document to me. He even cancelled the appointment when he saw I didn't need an attorney and didn't charge me a penny. He did all this for someone who wasn't becoming a customer, imagine how he would treat a paying customer! What an awesome way to do business. Thank you Zuckerman law firm!

I have to start off by saying I would recommend Mr.Zuckerman to anyone that finds that life can throw Obstacles your way. He is well priced. He handled my case very thoroughly and professionally, He also got me what I was looking for in my case. He was quick to return any calls or emails. He also always had answers for my questions. A very straight forward guy. He also seems to be well respected within the court systems. Thank you Mr.Zuckerman for your professionalism and handling my case as quickly as you did.

David answered the phone immediately and got the best outcome I could get in this kind of situation . Missed a detour sign on my way home from seeing a family member after work (me and my significant other work in restaurants that close about midnight and both of us don’t get out till around 1am depending on how busy, I pick him up and it takes a half hour 35 minutes to get to him. I work on the opposite side of town from him) . Thought it was farther down the road, believing I knew the road better than I did kept going with confidence, realized way too late ( there wasn’t any of the orange netting around the hole to make it extra obvious at night. They put the netting up after I had fallen in) and fell into a ditch about 10ft deep. Was being charged with reckless driving and obedience to traffic control devices in hazardous conditions, the officer thought I was intoxicated because I was completely loopy from it… I hit my head pretty hard off the steering wheel in the accident had a bad concussion and bruised/cut up legs. It knocked me out. Didn’t realize what had happened, my boyfriend the passenger, told me he had to drag me out the ditch and sit me in the grass when discussing the next day. Thought I had climbed out myself initially, thinking my panic attack was messing with my memory. I was in pure shock and about 10 minutes after talking to the police officer I started to panic and cry realizing what exactly had happened as they were towing my totaled car out of the ditch. No charges were given to me at the scene nor was anything mentioned about tickets and the police officer didn’t file the paper work for 4 days after the accident. Thinking the only stress now is dealing with my vehicle….. About day 6 I received the summons in the mail and panicked more. Had been dealing with doctors with my concussion, short term memory problems and extreme difficulties focusing. No car. I use my car for extra money (doordash) and travel to work. I had to take time off because it’s difficult to get to and from without a vehicle. It’s about $16 a day for the bus and Ubers/Lyfts are expensive about $30 one way not including the prime time charges etc. David got my charge reduced to careless driving and reduced to just obedience to traffic control devices. Thank you so much. Less stress on me in an already stressful and aggravating situation.

Mr. Zuckerman resolved my case in a very timely matter. He was extremely professional and a gentleman. I would absolutely work with him again and strongly recommend everyone goes to him first!!
