I was in the market for a lawyer to battle a child custody/PFA case. After extensive research and recommendations I decided to call DeRiso, DeRiso. They appointed Brittany Petricca to my case, and let me tell you, I couldn’t be happier with her professionalism, knowledge, and compassion. She’s thorough, responsive, experienced and left my mind at ease during this tough time. I understand when someone hires a lawyer they expect them to be on call like the review below, but let her do her job and she will do the best of her ability to get you the outcome you’re looking for and/or deserve. Although my case is still ongoing, Brittany has fought for me and everything is working out in my favor, rightfully so I might add. Trust in Brittany and this firm. You won’t regret it.

**CHILD CUSTODY** I hired this law firm for a child custody first they gave me Brittany. She didn’t return my calls I had to keep calling into the office. When I asked her if she was to busy for my case she became very rude and defensive. I asked if I could work with another attorney there because I felt she was going to help me. The firm gave me Anthony. I didn’t know at the time but he would be leaving the firm in the middle of my case… He didn’t look at my case until 5 minutes before the hearing. It didn’t end well for me. We were going against my son’s mother which has 3 dui’s and 3 simple assaults while we were together, even had to call the police on her for hitting me and the kids. Somehow I end up with supervised visitations! He just agreed to whatever her attorney came up with. Also during the 2nd conciliation he assured me the supervised visits done and I trusted him. Let me tell you! The supervised visits were definitely not over and that law firm could’ve done more damage than they already did to my family. If I hired anyone else even a public defender, I feel that it would’ve been a better outcome than what happened! I paid 3000.00 for someone to destroy my relationship with my child and back me into a corner I’m fighting my way out of! Oh the Michael did reach out to me but only when I left a bad review. Honestly things were way worse than what I just described. Please please please be very careful when hiring this firm. Don’t end up like my son and I.

Anthony Jackson is professional, helpful and very personable. Anthony is knowlegable with law practice and a great representative for anyone that needs support. I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone in need!

Had a previous review stating my displeasure with this law firm and was told by the lawyer I better take it down or he will sue me. So it's removed.

I’m glad to have got the chance to work with this prestigious law farm the lawyers are hard working and kind. They help me and my child’s father get justice for his youngest child. Ms Evans’s was phenomenal and patient throughout this entire case. So on behalf of his family and mine thank you.
