This law office is terrible. I used them for a dui case a few years ago the guy that I meant with and paid didn’t even show up to the court hearing his partner did. Super Unhelpful law firm. After they got my money they didn’t care about me. I’m sure they don’t care about their clients just money. What a joke I’ll never send or recommend this place to represent anyone I know in anything. Public defenders work harder than these guys do.

Great people from top to bottom. Especially Nina Martinelli. She is not only a great attorney, she cares. A lot. I did not make her job easy, and never once was she anything but compassionate, helpful and focused. I am using the firm for both criminal and family, and do not doubt their abilities an ounce. Highly recommend the firm. HIGHLY recommend Nina.

I needed him when I ran into trouble and he did exactly what he said. He didn't mislead me or anything. Was very professional and helpful. He took care of it with the best possible outcome. Hopefully I wont need him again, but if it happens he's who I'm calling.

1. I had a Fire Arm related Case, and I was in big big trouble!!! I thought I was either going to jail or had to pay big fine; however, David Zuckerman solved my trouble with an outcome that I could never ever imagine. I felt like he "own" the court. 2. His fee is reasonable and I really think that he worth more than what he actually charges. 3. Now, if you think you are in a pretty bad situation, you should listen to what Mr. Zuckerman's advises are. 4. Honestly, this was my best experience ive had involving the judicial system and its all thanks to David Zuckerman. I was facing 2 counts of reckless endangermemts, a fleeing/eluding charge, a driving off a lane charge, 1 reckless driving charge and 1 careless driving charge. He was very realistic with me from the start. he didn't come out with overconfidence saying ill knock this out of the park and you'll be fine but he did say we had to take it one step at a time. Hoping to get a deal which he said was unlikely since Allegheny County has a protocol on eluding/fleeing charges and they don't normally settle at the magistrate level. However he was hoping to get me in the ARD program with probation and most likely a good amount of points hoping charges would be dismissed after completing ARD. Worstcase scenario would of been a suspension on my license for an unseen amount of timee. I appreciated how open he was with me by not taking my money and just saying id be fine. everything that had occurred on the preliminary court date not only exceeded my expectations but it gave me hope for the future and a second chance. He was able to negotiate with the officers and DA to have all charges dropped except for careless driving as long a i attended a defensive driving class. also, i must stay out of all criminal and legal trouble untilthe case is completed (60 days). this experience is true and im so grateful for David Zuckerman and how hehandled not only the negotiations but also how he facilitated everything for me. if I could describe him in 3 words I'd say he's determined, honest and ethical and iwould recommend him to any family friends or loved ones that are currently in any legal issues in his expertise. Thanks again David and I wish you the best in your career at law. God willingly, this is the last time i need to use your services. haha. Looking back i made the right decision on hiring Mr. Zuckerman and I hope you make the same choice I did. God Bless Marty P

Our son, who is from Illinois, was visiting the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for college when he was charged with an aggravated assault, strangulation and prohibited acts. Mr. Zuckerman listened to our situation, took his case and consistently kept in contact with us. Our son, who has a mental illness was looking at least seven years prison time and Mr. Zuckerman was able to get the best possible outcome of six months’ probation with anger management treatment and therapy. Mr. Zuckerman was there for us although we were 700 miles away!! If you need legal representation, we highly recommend Mr. Zuckerman. We are very grateful for him for helping our son in getting a second chance.
