Recently worked with Kim on a lease for my business. She was phenomenal to work with in every facet. Will definitely be using again.

Kim advised me on a lease dispute I had with Lumina, the unscrupulous dorm management company at Duquesne University, and declined to accept payment for her time. She was generous with her expertise and pointed me in the right direction. It took six months, but the dispute was successfully resolved in our favor. Thank you, Kim! Word of advice to parents with students enrolled at Duquesne and living in dorms managed by Lumina. Parts of their leases at 100% unlawful they way they are written today, but that doesn't stop the management company from trying to extract payment out of you and being very nasty about it. It's a pity that a Catholic institution like Duquesne knowingly does business with Lumina.

Called them over 8 days ago with no call back. I would not recommend calling them.

Finding a lawyer who understands the ins and outs of gym ownership was gold. I appreciated their upfront pricing and transparency in the process and always quick communication. There was never any question about when I'd get what I was waiting for and if Matt needed more information he was quick to personally reach out. We had some back and forth with another party and he was sharp making sure there was clarity in the agreement. I also found it impressive that he knew many different state contract laws.
