Attorney Kim A. Bodnar was professional and caring when I spoke with her. Not only did she actively listen to my case, but she also gave me suggestions and advice in general. When she explained it was not his area of law and could not represent me, she stated it in a friendly manner.

I would give this office 10 stars if I could. Their thorough knowledge of disability law and procedure put every worry about my case to rest. At every hurdle of my case I was reassured and comforted not just by these lawyers but by their staff as well. Melissa and Selina kept up a constant line of communication with me throughout the long ordeal of my case. Their reassurances were such a comfort to me. My case was by no measure an easy one. This office took extraordinary measures to get my case heard, including reaching out to my congressman’s office. Without their help I would have had no chance of receiving benefits. Do not ever use this attorney. We had a cut and dry real estate case and he took our 1000 retainer to represent us at local magistrate office. He was late first off and then we were dismissed within a second. Apparently we needed to go to mediation first. Did not even know a simple real estate contract. No clue how he’s still practicing.

Worst experience ever. They have no idea what they are doing they drag things out for years and just charge you a fortune. They can’t keep attorneys and tell me it’s not their fault no one wants to work. This firm is a joke! I had four different attorneys and was never once informed that mine was gone until months went by and I had to call and call and email with no response. Run to another firm that actually knows what they are doing.

Great job with handling my case, so happy that I got approved.
