Worst legal services we have ever received! I am surprised they still have a practice. Mr. Stoner communicated that he was competent in working on commercial real estate deals and took our retainer. Mr. Stoner and Mr. Allenberg are not capable of working on commercial real estate deals. They had no idea how to review a title report and stole the retainer. They were incompetent and did not meet or pay attention to any timelines that were laid out. Stay away from these guys. Their unresponsiveness and incompetence almost cost us our deal. They are absolutely terrible.

I would give 5 stars but I haven’t met Attorney Bodnar just yet. But she has already established herself as an amazing person who will, at the very least, listen and do what she can. I received a personal reply less than 24 hours after my online submission for a case review. There wasn’t a call from a kid at a desk who just wants to schedule you sometime, or an online chat service or an automatic response. Attorney Bodnar has already genuinely exceeded my expectations.
