I purchased a house from the sheriff sale. I received the deed and started to work on it. The neighbor was the previous owner and disagreed and felt as if it was still his house. Mr. Stoner was his attorney. After calling the sheriffs department, they reassured me that there was no possible way for the neighbor to be able to get the title of his house back. His attorney advised him to break down the door and Break into my house and change the locks. The attorney was verbally abusive to me on the phone when I tried speaking to him civilly. He said that he was going to advise his client to say that he lived there and that it was his residence so we would have to evict him. All of this came about because the attorney did not appear on the day of the sale to try to ask to have the sale stayed. This attorney advised his client to commit a crime. I called the police and made a police report. I will be calling the bar and reporting him.
