I hired John Gismondi&associates to handle the wrongful death of my son. John and Joe Froetschel, who handled the case, were very professional but also compassionate and kind during what was the worst and most painful time for me. Joe was extremely thorough in regards to every aspect of the case. He sat through the preliminary hearing, everyday of the trial, and sentencing. He always communicated and made sure I understood what was going on. When it came reaching a settlement in the lawsuit he made sure my voice was heard. Mr. Bernard Tully is a really good attorney......and when I mean good, I mean good hearted as well. I think what separates their office from most is that they seem to add their own unique blend of caring and heart to every client. I've had previous dealings with their office and I really enjoy talking to them. Thank goodness we have great attorneys like Bernard working in our city.

I had contacted multiple attorney offices in Pittsburgh looking for someone who would listen to my case. Not only that, Bernie called me within three hours of me contacting his office.
