Bernie will return phone calls, answers any questions you may have and is genuinely concerned about your needs! I have never experienced such professionalism with an attorney or law firm ever. This office has continuously bothered me with solicitation via mail saying they would love to hear from me and help me. I have contacted them because of the stressful situation I have encountered. Noone was injured in the accident however its created a very stressful situation and left me with no transportation so I called the office and said I could really use some help. I was spoke to very rudely and told sorry without injuries we don't want to help you. So they are ambulance chasers who only care about another dollar to be made not actually helping people like they say. If they cared about helping people they would realize this is harmful to me I am left with no transportation for work or to take children to appointments or even go grocery shopping and I can not purchase another vehicle until the other drivers insurance settles with my finance company. So please before you considering this office realize they only care about making money not how you are affected!!!!
