Thank you too Ilene Dubin and the whole DeRiso team. I will tell you first and foremost if you are going in front of anybody in court, make sure you have your ducks in a row. Make sure you have messages correspondence, pictures times and dates. And don’t just show up or act crazy. Written and digital formats most importantly. The beginning of our journey November 2023 I had not had my son for a single overnight stay since he was born. But I kept doing the right thing and keeping my side of the street clean. Our journey to get Shared physical, and shared legal custody of our son was over By June of 2023. I had achieved those goals and finished child support court. Went with this law firm for a child custody issue and although the circumstances of that case really sucked and it was drawn out way too long by the other party, my attorney Alex was great. She was easy to work with and listened to all my concerns and helped formulate a plan. She gave me a realistic view of possible outcomes from the start. There was one misunderstanding at the close of my case over a refund I was frustrated at first, but Molly DeRiso called me personally on a Saturday to correct the issue and clear up the misunderstanding.
