Worst experience I ever had with a firm. They will send you emails and bill for hours that we not pertaining to the case. Go somewhere else.

The firm represented me in the collection of monies owed by my former employer. The attorney assigned to my case, Alex Kaplan, maintained a professional manner throughout the process. I am particularly appreciative for his consideration of my many years employment at the other party and the willful disregard for accuracy the other party demonstrated. In the end I received all the monies I was due, including my attorney fees. The only unfortunate part of the story is that we, as individuals, sometimes need an advocate. I called last Friday with a concern and when Mr. Zuckerman couldn't make sense to what I was trying to explain to him he set up an appointment for Monday and asked me to submit my documents to him so he could better understand what I was telling him. Much to my shock I received an answer on Sunday explaining to me I was not understanding what the document meant. He thoroughly explained the document to me. He even cancelled the appointment when he saw I didn't need an attorney and didn't charge me a penny. He did all this for someone who wasn't becoming a customer, imagine how he would treat a paying customer! What an awesome way to do business. Thank you Zuckerman law firm!
