Let me start by saying that Greg Suher did an absolutely terrific job in my child custody case! I had a very tough case, had the cards stacked against me and he developed a plan of action right away and executed it flawlessly. I was an out of state client but had no issues with my work schedule and time differenece due to Greg and his teams professionalism and time management skills. He was very easy to talk to, spoke in recognizable terms for those that aren't familiar with the legal system like myself and best of all, he was transparent and honest. I HIGHLY recommend Greg for any of your legal needs!

Poor communication and follow up. Had a conversation regarding representation. Instead of being up front that he didn't want to take the case, he told me it would cost $7,500 for his services and said he would send fee agreement; which is outrageous for a case that was ARD eligible (and that ultimately resulted in fines under $3,000). He never followed up. Not professional or ethical. Though he does seem knowledgeable and speaks well and is persuasive.

I was SO relieved picking Michael Sherman. I had a felony & 7 other charges. At the end of the day, I ended up with no felony and 2 charges. I could have been in jail for 10 years. I got 1 month house arrest with work release & probation. I wanted to plead guilty, even though I wasn’t and mike advised me we could win, I myself couldn’t risk going to jail putting my hands in a jury with the case against me. The victims had 2,000 pages of medical records. Mike Sherman is the best decision I made and only good thing about 2020! Steven Keller

I called to discuss hiring them regarding a custody case and after the receptionist asked me basic personal questions and I started to describe my situation, she made assumptions about what I was seeking, then had to put my on hold several times to ask an attorney questions and in under 2 minutes told me they wouldn't be able to help me and gave me the name of another company to call. It was very abrupt and they offered no explanation or apologies.

I hired Mr. Tutera for some legal issues and let me tell you he is the best. Mr. Tutera treated me great. Very professional and respectful. He did an amazing job!
