Dave Zuckerman did an OUTSTANDING job representing my son. He's an extremely professional representative, he always made you feel like you were never alone, and he made you feel like a normal human being that makes mistakes. He completely exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I recommend Dave Zuckerman HIGHLY !!!!

This was a positive experience from my initial contact and consultation with Mr.Zuckerman. He was upfront with me on all aspects of my case. He was always available to respond to any questions or concerns surrounding my case. His knowledge and expertise in the law was the primary reason that the case ended favorably for me. I was very satisfied with Mr. Zuckerman representing me and would highly recommend him for legal services. I have already recommended him to my family and friends.

I've known David for a while now and know that he is tremendously committed to his clients. He is always coming up with creative ways to help others - which is not always the case with all attorneys. Many are more interested in their fees than they are your success... David is a unique and fresh twist. He really gives a great name to the attorney profession. I generally dislike lawyers -- sorry, I know that sounds bad, but I have been burned :-) -- but David is the exception. He is upfront and open, clearly explaining pricing, speaking in plain English, and walking you through the steps. He helped me both set up and dissolve a Shareholders agreement, worked on my contract, and has been happy to be cc'd on any communications to clients who have been tardy in payment. A few times he has had to follow up with phone calls. Having a lawyer "on my team" has been a wonderful resource.

I was put into a situation with my work that i should have never been put in in the first place. There was legal ramifications and I could have been imprisoned for something that I was wrongly accused of. I got into contact with Frank Walker told him my situation and he took care of everything else. I only talked to him a few times about the situation and that was all that was needed. My teen-aged son got in an auto accident and was at fault. It was an accident-but the police were attempting to charge him with reckless driving and racing on a highway. He could have lost his license for a year and had a record that could have affected college possibilities. Frank went with us to the Magistrate and negotiated a deal with no reckless or racing charges, no points lost, no license lost, and 30 hours of community service. While Frank's services were not cheap, it was a bargain compared to the hit my insurance would have taken had we accepted the initial charges, and my son is able to get on with his life and learn from his mistake. My wife and I are certain we would have never received such a fair deal without the professional services of Mr. Walker. He is someone who has truly found his calling, and we are grateful. A very highly skilled litigator well versed in Pennsylvania law and its application. When you need to convince 12 ladies & gentlemen of the jury…this is the guy you call. He is a cool level-headed counselor who always has his wits about him. With an approachable and likeable demeanor, juries resonate well with him. No, I’m not a relative (or even a client!), I’m a friend of a client who was exonerated. The fact that I'm even writing this review ought to be a testament to how convincing this guy is.

Mr. Walker is a true friend to the military community. He will make sure that service members and citizens are treated with respect and dignity. Mr. Walker worked endlessly to uphold the rights of a fellow service member my brother, who was presumed guilty until proven innocent.If you feel you have no options from the justice system then let Mr. Walker open a door for you that will lead you to victory and justice. I only wish I was able to rate Mr. Walker with 10 stars.

A member of my family happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and was cited with a violation which required a magistrate hearing. We hired Frank Walker for legal advice and representation and he recommended that we be proactive with education and community service. He was also very helpful in explaining the legal process and how the case would be handled. Thanks to his counsel, we were totally prepared for the magistrate hearing. Unfortunately, local politics came into play and our case was not dismissed. Frank immediately filed an appeal which required another court appearance. During the appeal, Frank won our case and had all charges dropped. We definitely made the right choice in hiring Frank Walker. He did an excellent job defending our case.
