Mr Richard Levine, In the best words to describe this lawyer he is very compassionate about your case your feelings and is in opinion a very knowledgeable man in this very complex industry with how the Workman's Comp laws effect one's life and personal welfare. ON APRIL 9, 2011 ON THE WAY BACK FROM DINNER ON A MOTORCYCLE WE WERE HIT MY A CARELESS DRIVER WHO CROSSED A DOUBLE YELLOW LINE AND WE COLLIDED WITH THE CAR FLEW OVER THE HOOD AND LANDED ON THE GROUND MY WIFE SUFFERED A BROKEN SCAPULA,LEG INJURIES THAT WOULD TAKE 3 OPERATIONS TO REPAIR AND OTHER CUTS AND BRUISES,MYSELF I HAD CUTS ON MY FACE AS I WENT THRU THE WINSHIELD OF THE BIKE AND MY WIFE LANDED ON ME AND DAMAGED MY RIBS AND MY HANDS FROM THE IMPACK WERE THREE TIMES THE NORMAL SIZE AND WOULD NEED SEVERAL INJECTIONS IN MY HANDS OVER TIME AND MY KNEE DRAINED. I CONTACTED MY ATTORNEY WITH WHOM I HAD A LONG RELATIONSHIP WITH BOTH PROFESSTIONAL AS WELL AS SOCIAL WE WERE BEST FRIENDS. HE FILLED SUITE FOR ME BUT BETWEEN 2011 AND 2019 HE KEEP LIEING TO US ABOUT HIS TRYING TO SETTLE OUR CASE I CALLED MY ESTATE ATTORNEY TO CONTACT HIM AS HE WAS NOT RETURNING OUR CALLS, SHE INFORMED ME MY CASE WAS DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, WE WERE DEVASTATED!! SHE REFERRED ME TO BRENDAN LUPTIN TO FILE A NEGLIGENCE LAW SUITE CASE AGAINST HIS LAW FIRM. Horrible do not use them in Washington County They would not return phone calls , emails I could write a book on how bad there service was. I wish I could rate them as a no star!!!!!
