After 16 years of not having a license attorney Bittner was able to get me back on the road in about two months. Everyone at Joyce and Bittner was professional, courteous, and above all very helpful. A plan was laid out for me and everything happened just as Attourney Bittner said it would. I also thought his rates were fair. If your looking for help navigating the murky waters of Penndot, I would definitely recommend Joyce and Bittner.

Excellent service. I had been pulled over for DUI related suspension for 2nd time. I was looking at an additional 2yr suspension and possible jail time but Anthony got it reduced down to a D.C. Not jail time or suspension on my record. Definitely recommend!

My particular case was handled solely by Attorney Bittner. To preface my review, let me first start by saying that I came to Mr. Bittner on a hope and a prayer, with my driving record swamped with suspensions for the next 6 years, and no foreseeable way out anytime soon. I saw his law firm's add on the internet, and seeing that he specialized in Drivers License issues, decided to give him a call and a meet. After meeting for a few hours, he said he had an idea and a plan that could be very beneficial. And this is the part where I gained a lot of respect for Attorney Bittner....instead of promising me the world and trying just to sell a dream to get my money, he kept it very honest and realistic with me, discussed the pros and cons of the approach, explained it would be a long haul to the finish line, but also let me know that he had many experiences handling cases this exact way and had the most success with it in the past. After our meeting was over, I felt a lot more comfortable with our approach and believed his was the best approach to take, given my options and circumstances. To keep a long story from being even longer lol, he executed his plan to perfection and won all 6 separate hearings that he broke it down into. I went from a hope and a prayer(suspended until 2021) in January, to having my Drivers License back on July 8th, 2016!!!! What Attorney Bittner did for me was nothing short of a miracle in my world!!! So, in closing, I'd like to thank Attorney Bittner and his staff for being professional, diligent and honest with me at all times.....and if you are in a bind with your license, don't hesitate to call this man right here....so glad I didn't waste my hard earned money elsewhere... I found Mr. Murphy to be a very caring individual who honestly seemed to care about my concerns. He went out of his way to, including driving 65 miles away for a hearing, to make sure I got the best representation. He was always available and professional. I would definitely hire him again if I ever need legal assistance.

I was sued by Capital One for an unpaid credit card debt. I received the notice and the hearing was scheduled for just days before the statute of limitations was up on the debt. I contacted multiple attorneys and they all said the same thing. That it wasn't worth my time or money to fight it. Either settle with them or get a judgement. I called the attorney for Capital One to work out a settlement. I offered over 50% on the debt as a lump sum. They wanted 100%. They would not negotiate at all. They were rude and condescending. Around this same time I received a letter in the mail from The J. Murphy Firm. They said they could handle the case for a flat rate of $500. I was skeptical. I read a few reviews online and figure for $500 it was worth the gamble. I sent over my paper work and his firm handled everything. They specifically told me not to show up for court. They sent an attorney on my behalf. I called up after the hearing and was told the case was dismissed and we had won. At that point the statute of limitations had run out and I was legally free of the debt. For a $500 fee they were able to prevent a $7k+ judgement. Hopefully I won't need to use them again. But if something comes up I know who I'm calling.

I contacted the J. Murphy Firm after receiving a letter form the firm advising me I had a hearing coming at a Magistrates office. I had no idea this firm was the lawyers for a credit card company. I had never been notified that there was going to be a hearing. After contraction the Murphy Firm I represent me at the hearing they then notified me I didn't have to attend and they would take care of it. The Murphy firm did win the case for me. I was greatly relieved and appreciated them contacting me in the first place that there was going to be a hearing. I would highly recommend the J. Murphy Firm to represent future people who have the same problem I had. I am so very thank ful they contacted me and followed through with a win. I feel they really care about their clients and willing to go that extra mile. People need lawyers like these who truly care about them and their case. They kept in touch with me and gave me peace of mind that they truly would do their best. And their fees were reasonable which made it easier for a person on a fixed income as I am to be able to pay for legal help. More people who need help with legal council need to know about this firm. I would give them 5 stars for their service.

I have used joseph murphy twice and both times i have won my case.everyone i spoke to at his office went out of their way to be helpful I had never been sued before so was terrified of what was happening they not only calmed my fears but explained the whole process to me .I would highly recommend this office what wonderful caring people they are .

Joe is awsome! Joe and his team of attorneys helped me out with several junk debt collectors. These guys are the real deal. If you recieved a letter from Joe like I did the first time, I was a liitle skeptical, but they guaranteed there results. I tried them out on a lawsuit and they where able to get a judgement in my favor. The creditor appealed and Joe got that in my favor too. I was thoroughly impressed. I used Joe three more times in lawsuits and he got a judgement in my favor on two and we settled with the creditor on the third for pennies on the dollar when they kept appealing the judgements in my favor. I used him again in an arbitration hearing and he got a judgement for me on that one too. I have refered him to friends and family all with positive results. The J. Murphy Firm help me with a case where a third party debt collection agency had filed for a judgment against me for a debt that was several years old. The original debt was for about $500 dollars. The collection agency was suing for $3700, claiming interest and "fees". Mr. Murphy's fee to have this suit dropped was less than the original debt. Very reasonable.
