Attorney Joseph Murphy clearly detailed his procedure in representing my wife in a civil court dispute over a credit card account that was being represented by a collection agencies lawyer. After a detailed response to the collection agencies lawyer's attempt to hold my wife accountable for the amount charged on the said account, the collection agency lawyer withdrew the complaint. Attorney Murphy provided us with the complete rebuttal to the said complaint. We are very satisfied with this unfortunate experience and would definitely call on Attorney Murphy again, if faced with this dilemma again.

It was then I read the reviews ( nothing but good) and decided to call and speak to him directly. I checked the online Court docket and yes, I had won my case.
