I was wrongly convicted with a bogus harassment charge a disgruntled ex try to pined down for. I was ordered to pay hundreds of dollars in fine but: being an immigrant I realized that even a simple conviction for a bogus charge could of have very negative devastating impact on my future and jeopartize career in general. The day of the conviction I immediately say to myself that one deep inside I was not guilty and justice was not serve.- two I needed to fight the conviction no matter what the consequences, that is when I decided to seek legal advise and after a Google search I decided retained the service of Blaine Jones Law Firm for advise. I called them and make an appointment the good news was they had same day appointment and I was lucky enough to have Miss Nicole Nino to evaluate my bogus conviction charges she immediately look at the case and stated that if I retained her services the charges and conviction will be overturned and a non guilty plea will be the final outcome. I was kind of septical at first but her level of knowledge and her certainty about the issue reassure me that I was at the right place. She layout her cost up front for the case itself and the court fees associated with the case. and she allowed me to create a payment plan and she took on my case and to my surprise she was always available and keep me informed about my case via text, email and phone call, she called back personally not her legal assistant, she pay great attention to detail file the appeal and show up in court with me personally instead of sending a conterpart. She made 3 court appearance for me and on the third one, she call me to let me know after careful review of the case the appeal judge found me not guilty and the charge has been vacated. If you need a great lawyer that know the law and will keep you inform about your case and options Blaine Jones Law and Nicole Nino are your best choice. In my experience with the firm and Nicole Nino representing me I could not have asked for anyone better she absolutely did her best in every which way to help. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!!! She truly cares about who she represents and makes sure you are satisfied. Nicole Nino is an amazing attorney with this law firm. I am so happy with her services, I have used other law firms in this city and was not half as happy as I am with her. She is a partner here at Blaine Jones Law and is incredibly knowledgable in this field. She stuck by me threw everything with my multiple cases and let me know what to expect with every hearing. I retained Blaine for some legal issues that fell upon me a while back. Let me just say, the positive vibes of Blaine Jones and his very professional team of attorneys made me feel more than confident with his representation. I've made a new lifetime friend and confidant. Blaine understood me, and where I was coming from, and that connection was that of a good friend. Upon meeting him the first couple times, we clicked and I felt like I was his special client. After going back a few times and seeing Blaine deal with his other clients (friends) of his, I saw that he had a special connection between him and all of his clients. And that's what's particularly special about Blaine Jones Law, you have a great friend, that has your back and knows exactly what he's doing. I recommend the Blaine Jones Law and his team for any kind of special and abstract situations. They were also reasonably priced.

I never leave reviews, but my experience with this law firm was so horrendous that I felt compelled to write one. I contacted this firm hoping to be represented by Blaine Jones. When I called for my consultation, I was able to speak with Blaine directly. That was the only interaction I ever had with Blaine himself. After I paid them, my case was sloughed off onto some new associate named Nicole Nino (who, might I add, is the most deceptive and unprofessional attorney you will ever have the privilege of meeting--she is TERRIBLE) and I never heard from Blaine again. Nicole Nino and Al Burke are apparently partners with Blaine Jones. Although Mr. Burke is otherwise a nice guy, he and Nicole gave me such terrible legal advice that it actually resulted in me having to sit in jail for a period of time. Aside from giving terrible legal advice, Nicole Nino is also so dishonest that I do not even know where to begin. She lies about her credentials--she claims to have gone to medical school and to have her MD/JD, but upon further investigation, it was revealed that she does NOT have a medical degree--rather, she has a "Master of Arts in health care and bio-ethics." I am not sure why she misrepresents herself as an MD/JD, especially when having an MD is irrelevant to the practice of criminal law. She also lied about attending one of my hearings--I had a very important hearing scheduled and she simply didn't show. When I asked her why she didn't show, she insisted that she was present. I asked her where she was because I was waiting for her and did not see her in the courtroom (it was a small courtroom and there were only a handful of people present), she said that she was waiting outside of the courtroom. I am not that familiar with the judiciary process in Pennsylvania, but I would imagine that attorneys are supposed to be in the courtroom alongside their clients during a hearing. Now, I doubt that she really was waiting outside of the courtroom, but even if she was, it wouldn't make a difference; the point is, she was not present in the courtroom during my hearing even though she knew about it in advance. I submitted a substantial amount of documentation to Nicole so that she could prepare a motion for me. However, when I had a family member check the docket sheet online, it showed that Nicole did NOT file the motion that she indicated she would. At that point, I elected to terminate her and hire new counsel-- and it was only after I terminated her that she came to visit me in custody and informed me that she was in fact working on the motion and would have it ready later that afternoon. When I asked her why she failed to prepare the motion in advance, she simply shrugged her shoulders. If you do go with this law firm, I would NOT recommend having Nicole Nino represent you. She is not someone that you should entrust your future with--she is not someone who cares about her clients. From what I hear, Blaine is quite good---it's just a matter of making sure you actually get him to represent you.

Best attorney in the city hands down. My go to guy. Getting it done the truth shall set you free.
