I worked with Joe Williams at Pollock Begg. He was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, but also remembered the human side of the law.

We got an appointment with Mr. Glasser one week after I called. He was very thorough and told us what to expect as well as how we were going proceed. He took down all the information about the case and told us the cost of his retainer. Once he received the retainer, he got right on the case and everything was filed at courts within a week. He take such good care of their clients.

Meghan not only helped represent me in an ugly custody battle once but twice. She learned as much as possible about our case and did hours of work to prepare for our extremely long and stressful trial dates. She did an exceptional job of sticking to the facts and calling issues to the judges attention that most would miss. For me she wasn’t just an attorney, she helped me keep custody of my beautiful children!

If you want to win, choose Meghan. She knocked it out of the park for me. Meghan surpassed all of my expectations and represented me in a way that made me feel like I had the upper hand throughout the whole process. She knew the judges and court system like the back of her hand. 100% recommend her to anyone in need of a family law attorney. Could not be happier.

My ex wife's lawyer and she don't even like them. Horrible ethics and communication or should I say lack there of. Robert Raver may be the worst I've come across. All they care is about litigation. They don't return emails, they don't answer calls, and they don't have children's best interests in mind. A total joke of a firm. Unless your game plan is to have them collect money avoid at all costs. Take out the self review they did, what a joke, and they average a score of 1 star.

One of the worst firms I've had the displeasure of working with. They blame opposing counsel for their faults. They lose important documents and never seem to know when or if hearings are scheduled. Nothing worse than taking my time away from my clients to straighten out your messes. I sincerely hope we never cross paths again.

Dan Glasser is a ruthless and atrocious lawyer who seemingly (to me) does not consider the effects on a child in custody litigation. Some people like ruthless and atrocious - if so he is your man. I admire his intellect (his accounting background is valuable), and ability to act (thus 2 stars and not 1 star). But in the end, the ones that suffer are kids...and he (and probably his firm) do not consider the pain caused to kids in my personal opinion. If you care about your kids steer clear. He will pit parties against each other to make money despite the impact on your kids. Email me if you want.

David Pollock is obviously a well-regarded attorney for good reason, and he is also a very kind person as well.

I have retained Dan Glasser and Heather Trostle Smith for past 3.5 years as counsel for family matters, divorce, and business matters. They have guided and counseled me consistently, along with winning all cases in court. They have conducted exceptional work and it is comforting to know that I have a strong legal team to guide and win the cases we have encountered.
