I highly recommend Meghan Zupancic for Estate Planning and Wills. My elderly mom and her husband needed updated wills, power of attorney and medical directives after moving back to PA from another state. Meghan was extremely thorough and very patient in her interactions with them. She answered all of their questions using language they could easily understand. She spent extra time with them being sure they understood everything before signing the documents. Meghan is very knowledgeable and is able to communicate her legal knowledge to the average person who doesn't have the same legal background. I went to Meghan to get assistance with a routine divorce, but soon discovered there is nothing standard about a divorce action. The divorce decree did not come to fruition until one year later due to unforeseen circumstances on behalf of the opposing party. Meghan was always prompt with her correspondence and gave me detailed information in simple language to help me move forward. I especially liked her gentle, yet firm manner in helping me with some difficult decisions. She gave advice readily and was tenacious about my best interests. I had one horrific setback that propelled me into her office with hands in the air.
