I was cited for "disregarding railroad crossing" which carried a 30 day suspension of my license. Attorney Mielnicki spoke with the officer and the DA and got the charged reduced to carless driving, no suspension of my license. He is very professional and helped to calm me down (nervous). We hired Mr. Mielnicki to contest a large citation that one of our drivers had received while in Pennsylvania. The outcome was far greater that what we had anticipated. We would definitely hire him again.
