Bill Kenny was amazing, I received my settlement very quickly and he negotiated to get the amount that I wanted. I recommend Berger and Green as well as Bill Kenny to anyone who has a personal injury case.

I do not recommend them to anyone there commercials say they help you with the application so I called cause I been denied in the past thinking im filing wrong so I called Berger and green they said they do not help with that to call once I was denied and had a hearing so I did then I had to hunt down all my records for them to call me a week before my hearing to tell me they can't help me I have a broken back and can barely walk on my own I need a walker that's clearly a disability amongst other things I did all the work for them I went to neighborhood legal services and they did more for me than Berger and green don't waste your time you'll be doing all the work you might as well represent yourself wish I had the money to sue for false advertisement they don't help with anything

I had called when I fell at work and also was quitting because I physically wasn’t able to do the job and was going to try and get disability. The moment they found out how much I made a year, they were suddenly not interested in my case. Don’t fall for their commercial.

Berger & Green were Great. I had my reservations they were in Pittsburgh and I was Erie. But they were always there when I called. If my main point of contact was not there. They gave me to someone that knew something about my case. My main contact Chearly was the (BEST)!!!! She would always call me back. No Worries.
