2 yrs, 5 months waiting for my SSD decision. Don't return my calls. Had to call SS myself to get any information. When I do talk to someone at Berger and Green, I'm told you just have to wait. SS is over loaded and it is just a waiting game. They do not keep you informed Not happy. Worst experience ever, only spoke with an attorney for 10 min prior to hearing after waiting 2.5 yrs. He did nothing in the hearing. Lost appeal and they will not appeal the decision. Don't know how they can represent you if they don't meet with you prior. Worst ever. They did not obtain medical documents to submit. Will never recommend.

The Office of Berger and Green was awesome.They got onto my case right away and checked on me every couple of weeks for any new medical papers and to let me know what was going on . I got my notification that my case was settled with an increase from them before SSI. Because it ended early no back pay and Berger and Green took no pay

Love Berger and Green. Everyone was so nice. They helped take some of the stress off of me. It’s hard enough just being sick. I recommend everyone to them. They make sure they have everything they need to win your case. The cost was low in my opinion for all they did for me.

Everyone from the first interview was very compassionate and professional. They returned my emails and calls through out this process. They also expedited my case for me which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Berger and Green law offices.
