The law firm of Berger and Green have the nicest and most caring people working for them. They were so patient with me everytime I called them, cause I tend to ask the same questions over and over to make sure I have things right. From my first phone call in June of last year, to my thank you call a week ago for getting my husband the social security benefits he so deserves, my phone calls to these wonderful people are and will always be remembered. I want to thank Beth, the first lady that I talked with, who was so kind and caring. I was very nervous when I made the call, but she had me feeling at ease in like 2 minutes. And I also down through the monthes, talked to LuAnn and Marlee, both were very kind and helpful. And, my last few pone calls were with Cheryl, and she was the one that I think I counted on the most. She made me feel like I was important to her, just not another client. You do not find that much in the business world today. To Cynthia Burger, I just want you to know that you have wonderful people in your firm. My husband and I thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. God bless all of you.

Not a terrible experience, but I am currently waiting on a court date for a disability decision. I feel like my case has just fallen through the cracks. I have to call them for any updates only to hear "We're still waiting, we will call you or send mail when we know something". I am sorry, but I like a courtesy call or something every few months at least. They were very good getting the process started, and with the paperwork... I am just a little bummed right now. I see people around me getting disability in like 3-6 months, and here I am been waiting a little over two years. *sighs*

They did nothing, over 2 years they only talked to me when I called them. The only time the attorney talked to me about the hearing was 20 minutes before. The judge came up with an unfavorable decision, I am going to be 55 next month. I can no longer do the only type of work I ever have done? I have no higher eduction.SSD says in the national economy there are clothes sorter or folder jobs I don't know where! But Berger an Green said I could appeal but they would not stand behind me. I would never recommend them even if you have an open and shut case. Don't give them a chance to make a dime. They don't give a crappie. Go to anyone else.

Thank you for representing my disability case. I was not sure how to even start but your firm takes control and knows what to do. You guys are awesome!!

I worked with a few different people at Berger and Green, and I really appreciate how easy they made the application process. If I had to do all the paperwork alone it would have been overwhelming but they walked me through every phase of the process. Beth and Cheryl took most of the stress out of the entire process which also helped me with my personal situation. Additional stress would have made my condition worse but because of Berger and Green I did not encounter the extra stress. They also returned my phone calls the same day, on the rare occassion they did not call back the same day I never had to wait longer than the very next day. In my experience these days that doesn't happen. How professional and refreshing it is to work with a firm that respects your time, returns your calls and goes the extra mile to help you. My application was approved on the first attempt. Thank you so much Beth, Cheryl and Berger and Green for being so very helpful. I will not hesitate to refer people to your firm!!! Karen Packowski

They were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Would give updates quickly when things happened with my case and gave helpful advice on how to proceed. I fully reccomend them.

I can not thank Berger and Green enough. They helped make my disability hearing easy, they explained everything to me. The staff was there to answer all of my questions, they were very helpful and knowledgeable . I would highly recommend them.
