They say “for the people” and “no injury is too small” but said they weren’t a good fit for my case. For the people who? Not you.

I gave this 5 stars because so far, there has only been one document to sign so I haven't experienced anything negative and it's too early to tell what will happen so 5 stars right now

Very odd firm. I filled out a form for a consult. Someone called me from a Maryland area code but said they were in Florida. Then, even though I hadn't talked to an attorney yet, the person asking me questions started asking me very VERY personal questions about my family. I do NOT feel comfortable just handing out info like that to people I've never met, let alone to a place that may, or may not, take my case. What happens to that info if they don't take my case? They just sounded like scammers to me. I've had attorney consults before and they've never asked much other than contact info and then asked about my case. If they took my case that's when all those other questions get asked. It is also extremely concerning every person talking had very thick and heavy non-American accents which also made me feel I was being scammed. I understand this is a large firm but I don't want to be giving out such personal information. My name, address, email and phone is fine to ask for and shouldbe enough to get a consult. But anything more than that (like wanting my moms personal info!) raises a huge red flag. Too bad too cause I have a slam dunk case.

I submitted a new client request online. Despite being spammed with calls and texts, the intake was never complete and an associate reached out. Do yourself a favor and find a local firm that values customer service

To many transferred calls during an initial phone call. I’m thinking it’s not a US base answering service because I had numerous language barrier issues. After at least three phone transfers I was told to contact a local attorney. I believe this is due to the attorney potential client language barrier.

I was injured by a physical therapy device and called this law firm. Filled out a form on their website. Got a callback from someone with a thick African accent who was hard to understand. They said that my form was reviewed and rejected but wouldn't tell by who or why it was rejected. Wouldn't let me talk to a lawyer. I received a second call only to tell me the same thing. I said why are you calling me back just to tell me again that you rejected my request. Foreign sounding guy says that I Filled out the form twice and submitted it. Told him that I had to keep hitting submit to get the form to submit. Only thing that that he tried was to give me a number for the bar association to call to see who might specialize in my kind of injury. That number I've called before and they want to charge you just to recommend an attorney who might take your case. A Pittsburgh attorney, Robert Pierce, told me that these and themselves, big firms look at you as a number and if the numbers aren't big enough for them then they don't take the case. Someone else on here mentioned that they don't tell you about the extra fees that they charge. Which means inflated fees for their paralegals to make phone calls and get and file paperwork from and to doctors and courts, which takes a lot more money from any settlement . No wonder that the first five attorneys listed have the last name Morgan.
