I’d used them years ago for a personal injury work claim, and they seemed fine. But every time I contacted them since, if it was not a simple case where they would make the type of money than most know they make, they won’t take my case. Including when somebody tried to steal my car, ran me over, and was taken to the trauma ward as a result;now with permanent injuries. And if you think that your call accidentally dropped, don’t be fooled. They simply hang up on you mid sentence. I speak from experience; multiple times. I will never use them again.
