May law group and their staff was amazing, before i found her i had an incompetent law firm that all they did was drained my pockets and kept messing up with my case for 4 years!!!! My husband and I knew we were headed in an up hill battle with his case. We met with Valerie on a Saturday. Which was needed for us. She was open and honest about our situation. My husband entered the country as an undocumented immigrant several years ago, and as any of you in a similar situation know, achieving permanent residency under those conditions is basically impossible. Except we just did it--as a result of hiring Valerie, my husband's green card was approved. Like a lot of the people in the comments below, Valerie signed off on all of our submissions to the federal government, but we worked directly with Allison to put together our 1-601 waiver application. USCIS has designed the process to be horrible, and it is, but Allison guided us through the entire journey and made an overwhelming undertaking completely manageable. Our case was even more complicated than normal for a lot of reasons, but Allison was able to immediately answer all of my (many, pestering) questions and follow up on any information she didn't have directly at hand. We did most of the process by distance, but never felt at a disadvantage because of it. I firmly believe that, because of the costs and time involved (even more now with the new administration), any immigration petition is something you want to get done correctly the first time. Valerie and Allison can accomplish that.

When my spouse and I got married, I knew it was going to be a challenge to get his 2 year home residency requirement waived.
