I would highly recommend working with Luther Lanard. Nancy Lanard was direct with a simplistic solution to all our needs. We were assigned to work with Rebecca Renn who was extremely thorough in our contract review and walked us through the process of negotiations and execution. Both Nancy and Rebecca are superb in my opinion.

Lanard and Associates helped me review a series of employment documents including non-disclosure & non-compete agreements. Reading "legalise" gives me a headache and Lanard and Associates walked me through each document, provided me with fantastic recommendations on wording changes to protect myself, and provided guidance on the process of pushing back on my employer to modify the legal agreements. In the end, my employer agreed to all of the changes and I am so glad I sought legal council from Lanard and Associates!

Nancy Lanard came very highly recommended to advise me on a contract. I thought I knew better and could do it without legal help. When it backfired, I called Nancy. Even though she was aware of the referral, she immediately offered her legal advise. I called her several times during the day and each time I received a prompt reply. Nancy asked for the documents she needed, advised further and quickly sent a letter to respond to a legal threat. She also offered a " brilliant" way to structure the contract going forward. I have already recommended her to a friend after having contact with her for two days. Knowledgable, compassionate, practical and responsiveness are the qualities that make Nancy an excellent choice for your legal needs.

Nancy is our lawyer, yes, but also a trusted adviser in all things related to franchising and business operations. My wife and I reached out to Nancy back in July of 2013 when we were researching a Franchise system to get involved with. Our search, and advice from business colleagues I knew at the time suggested Nancy for her expertise in Franchising. Nancy helped us through the entire process of Franchise FDD's and ultimately signing a Franchise agreement. Then it was on to finding a location to run the business. Nancy helped us negotiate leases for 2 locations that favored us and protected us. Fast forward to 2016, she is closely advising us on potential legal issues, and again, is helping steer us in the right direction for the health our our business and making sure we are personally protected. She is who I go to for wise counsel.... And so should you. Believe me, you'll be glad you engaged her services.

Utterly fantastic experience. I had help negotiating the 285 page Franchise Disclosure Document and the Franchise Agreement for my licenses and also used Nancy's firm for the lease negotiations. My lead attorney, Sara Korol, was superlative. Calm, professional, precise and detailed. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I wrote the same review the other day on Yelp but feel so strongly about using Nancy's services that I also wanted to post it here. I hired Nancy to represent me on two separate deals over the past 1 1/2 years for matter relating to the sale of two small online businesses. I chose Nancy after negative experiences with two other attorneys at other law firms in the Philadelphia area who had come as referrals. But I chose Nancy after calling around 40 different law firms to see who would answer the phone, learn about their process, etc. During our first brief call Nancy was able to almost read my mind in what I was looking for in an attorney. That is an attorney with a process, one who is able to shift her schedule to address urgent matters, and one who can deal complex legal issues. I am happy to say that she has consistently done all of that and gone out of her way for me to write, negotiate, and help me successfully sell one media business, including contracts like the A.P.A. and others. The second matter she helped me with was to help defend me against a potential unfounded lawsuit which she was incredibly successful in doing. I ultimately prevailed thanks to Lanard and Associates. I will continue to work with Nancy as long as she runs her law firm and have already referred one colleague who also used Nancy to help him with the contracts for selling his business as well. When you find a great attorney like Nancy, it's one of the most valuable resources you can have at your disposal I have since learned.

I was in a car accident in state college about a year ago and had over $20k on medical bills. Mr. Stuwart Carpey help me through the damages. The case was lenghty but he pushed through it and I did not have to pay a cent. He is very responsible and professional. Truly recomend him!
