I would highly recommend working with Luther Lanard. Nancy Lanard was direct with a simplistic solution to all our needs. We were assigned to work with Rebecca Renn who was extremely thorough in our contract review and walked us through the process of negotiations and execution. Lanard and Associates helped me review a series of employment documents including non-disclosure & non-compete agreements. Reading "legalise" gives me a headache and Lanard and Associates walked me through each document, provided me with fantastic recommendations on wording changes to protect myself, and provided guidance on the process of pushing back on my employer to modify the legal agreements.
