I definitely give simon & Simon a five star review they really fought for me and it was a long road but they kept fighting for me i truly appreciate them to the fullest

First time having lawyers with this company. This is the worst lawfirm which I was referred from Topdog! Sarah Bossi was my case manager since I was hit by a car in November 2023. I have never met her in person, she does not communicate with everything that has been going on. Since my injury I have been evicted without housing which she knew about before it happened. I found an opportunity for an apartment finally and all I asked of her was if she could write me a letter given a summary on the incident to the apartment manager. She never contacted me back for weeks and then I get an email from Marc stating that my case has been rejected. I was accepted and doing therapy from a place that they got me into. I will recommend anyone to these people. It was a waste of my time and now I am still without housing.

Called for the veterans department. The first time I called, it rang and then hung up. Then I called back, and some guy answered and said he couldn't help me, then took down my info for someone woman to call me back. She never didn't. This review just reminded me it's been over three weeks.

After careful consideration, I am compelled to share my disheartening experience with Go Simon & Simon Injury Lawyers to inform potential clients about the challenges they might face with this firm. My engagement with the firm began following an accident in Pennsylvania, for which I was not at fault. Initially, the firm encouraged a proactive approach in seeking medical attention, assuring me of their support in handling the legal proceedings. However, after a year of accumulating medical expenses under their advice, my case was abruptly and unilaterally dismissed by the firm through a formal letter. This unexpected decision left me in a precarious financial situation, burdened with approximately $30,000 in medical debt. The lack of communication and refusal to respond to my attempts at clarification further exacerbated the situation, leaving me without any legal representation or guidance. Moreover, the firm's failure to notify all involved parties of their withdrawal has led to significant administrative and financial complications. My case became entangled in bureaucratic oversights, with essential stakeholders under the impression that I was still being represented. This oversight has led to a direct impact on my financial and mental well-being, as I began receiving debt collection notices without prior direct communication from the hospital or insurance company. The professional handling of my case by Go Simon & Simon Injury Lawyers can only be described as severely lacking and has led to a significant personal and financial toll. The abrupt termination of representation, coupled with a complete breakdown in communication, reflects poorly on their commitment to client care and professional responsibility. This experience has not only left me in a dire financial situation but has also diminished my trust in the legal support system. Potential clients deserve to be aware of the risks of engaging with a firm that may not fully commit to their case or provide the necessary support through challenging times. I hope this account of my experience will prompt Go Simon & Simon Injury Lawyers to reconsider their client communication and case management practices to prevent such distressing outcomes for others in the future.

All I can say is one of the most horrible law firms there is my case been settled 5 months ago and not yet have I received my money they keep making lies up about my money saying they have to wait for this person and that person to do this and that so I did my own investigation and was told that they already sent everything they needed to them so when I contact Simon and Simon to tell them they came up whit another lie these ppl are horrible don't use them RUN Taylor Fitzpatrick is so nasty and rude she don't even call you back

This is by far the most disgusting law firm I have ever encountered, I am thankful I never allowed them to handle anything for myself but I was able to see how they treated someone I know and they are not a law firm they are greedy lazy pigs that lie about everything I heard them pick up my friends case and promise many things than they never contacted her again today she called them and one of the pigs that work at this firm told her that they don’t wish to take her case anymore since it’s not financially beneficial to them, that’s when I proceeded to take the phone and inform them that what they did by accepting the case and then proceeded to vanish since they don’t seem like the case is financially suitable for them is not how a law firm should conduct business and that they should of atleast contacted my friend and informed her that they could not assist instead of allowing her to believe that they were handling her case. That is when one of the pigs that work at this place that allegedly is a law firm stated that they emailed and sent a letter in the mail out to inform her that they will not be taking the case anymore( which is a lie they never contacted her in any way shape or form) This girl which is my friend has been waiting in pain for them to give information on where to be treated medically as they stated instead they vanished for a few months with nothing informing her to look elsewhere while she waited in extreme pain wearing a neck brace in her bed in hopes to be treated. This law firm is not a law firm if you are smart you will stay far away from them and their selfish greedy ways and lies and anyone who has felt with them and has any issue or similar to my friends situation should hold this firm accountable for their disgusting greedy actions. Step one is to report them to the Pennsylvania board of law, step two get together and file a lawsuit against this disgusting place that calls themselves a law firm (Simon and Simon) to hold them accountable for their unethical behavior and their criminal actions/mindset. Step three write reviews everywhere and anywhere possible about what you going through or went through unfortunately attempting to deal with them this way it will save others from having to deal with them and get the proper care that’s needed. Thank you for reading this we are all strong together let are voices be heard and speak up we can not allow these tyrants to keep doing what they are to innocent people in need just for their own selfish financial gain. Let’s take these pigs down they don’t deserve to practice as attorneys and if any of these pigs attempt to open or transfer to another law firm make sure to upload their actions to discredit any place they attempt to inflict their rain of terror on others.

First off, make sure you research any law firm before hiring. Unfortunately my husband didn’t and well here I am. My husband fell and got hurt pretty badly at a local business and he contracted Simon and Simon afterwards about a possible law suit. It took years but that’s how the courts are. We decided to settle and my husband specifically stated we would as long as we bring home $250,000 after all fees and doctors were paid out. Months later my husband contacted the law firm to inquire about the check and we were getting the run around. The law firm got paid roughly $250,000 but kept the check for months with absolutely no explanation of why. We caught them in a few lies regarding the check and the reasons why they were not letting us have it. We did eventually get it but, right before he was told they took out an extra $15,000 for “lawyers fees”!!! After dealing with Simon and Simon for years we were NEVER advised of this so called fee. They were to get a certain percentage of the money and that’s what they were to get. There was no talk of this extra $15,000! The check, as I stated my husband was told we were to get $250,000 after fees and all others were paid and well, we ended up with about $75,000 less. So my husband that was and still is in pain after surgery gets $170,000 and the law firm gets $250,000. Horrible experience with this law firm.

Communication within this firm is on a first grade level. They block your number or forward your calls. And hold ppl money for 90 more days even after a settlement agreement. To get a high percentage in their pockets. Yeah im pissed off and will leave a review ever week starting today until they contact me with my available funds

I highly recommend The Law Firm of Simon& Simon. Kane Daly&The entire legal team’s performance is excellent & they are dedicated to serving their clients & settling their cases in a very professional , quick, & efficient manner . If you have any legal issues they are more than capable of handling & solving the problem.

The process for resolving my car accident case took a bit longer than expected but my patience was worth it. Katie Rice and her team helped me get almost the maximum for my injuries and have always updated me about my case and kept in contact with me as much as possible to let me know how far we were getting with settling my case. I highly recommend Simon & Simon for any accident case because they will get make sure that you receive the money you deserve for your injuries. I would definitely use this law firm again to fight any of my cases if I ever needed it in the future!
