I'd like to give a SUPER shout out to my attorney Chad Williams who without a thought not only helped us get a win but proved to me that lawyers are not what people portray them to be. He was attentive and supportive. He was understanding and kind. A true SUPERMAN in deed. A shout out to the young lady whom was always attentive and helped me and Chad stay in contact. I can honestly say that Chad Williams will be my forever attorney. Thank you Simon & Simon 😊

My lawyer was switched unbeknown to my knowledge until the numerous emails I sent were redirected from the original paralegal I was assigned. I’ve sent numerous emails and coincidentally had to call from a different number to even be reached to the receptionist and not sent straight the voicemail, interesting. I am currently a client seeking justice in a case and this is not the treatment I deserve. Not replying to emails and not having proper access to the office phones to be able to reach anyone! Horrible

I have never witnessed the worst experience ever. I basically handled my own case. They will call you respond to you until you sign the paperwork after that your number will be put on a block list, so you would only get a voicemail, but when you call from another phone boom it goes thru. They charge a high 40% and do not respect clients request nor do they work to have your case completed, if I didn’t reach out to my insurance and etc I would have been just waiting for nothing because the insurance and hospital both needed some paperwork before they can move forward which that’s something that they should’ve known instead I found it out and notified them and that’s when they reached out to them. I wish I wish I would’ve just really went with someone else but I wouldn’t recommend them to my enemy!

It was hard getting in contact with someone. They took 60% when they were suppose to take 40.. and I call to talk about what’s going on. No one answering

I had two cases with them. I would have given them 5 stars. Samantha, who I first spoke to, was awesome. Once I was assigned a lawyer, his assistant Matt was a gem. He ALWAYS either answered the phone or called me back within hours of me reaching out. My lawyer, Harry Gosnear, got me to sttlements that were more than I even hoped for, a wonderful lawyer. That whole team was very assessible and informative. The minute my cases was settled and it went to who ever Emily Meade is, I can't get her to answer the phone or emails or return a call. It's sad because up til this point I had NOTHING bad to say about this law firm. Because of her, I now understand how there could be negative reviews. When people are waiting on their money the last thing they want is to be ignored. Her lack of professionalism is what gives me pause about recommending this firm. If your machine says you'll call back within 48 hours... do that. If you tell me if I have any question feel free to ask them.... answer me when I do ask a question. Two plus weeks of no communication is not a result of being so busy, it's just poor people skills, angering and rude. In addition to that it makes the whole company look bad.

This experience has been so wonderful. My Attorney was Josh Baer and he is brilliant! He was so responsive and attentive. I felt confident knowing that he was taking care of everything. Sometimes this process can be scary but his direct kindness and extensive legal prowess made me feel so comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend him and his team at Simon & Simon.

Chad Williams at Simon & Simon is an excellent attorney. They care about their clients and fight for you. Chad Williams is very informative and knowledgeable. He was always on top of emails and other communication and I knew what was going on with my case as things progressed. I would recommend this law firm to everyone. They are efficient, reliable and trustworthy.

I’ve never seen a law firm where you can’t get in contact with nobody. How are all these lines not working that being advertised ?!

Idk know where my 1st review but Katie rice did very well at communicating even wen I was getting alil frustrated but she stuck it out with me broke down everything to me answered every phone call and email at a timely fashion I would highly recommend as well with Shannon bolye she communicated all the way through answered questions was very friendly same with Shawn he did very good as well friendly explained everything the outcome was even greater then I expected. I’m not gonna lie the reviews had me scared but listen my team did they thing i thank you guys so much ….pj lol
