They received 100.000 from my case & guess what I'm still paying bills from accident out of my pocket! Is this what you would want from someone who got 100.000 from your lifelong injury? That was supposed to take care of the bills for you? Would not recommend. Thank you!

Will drop your case 6 months into it, when therapy is already completed . Be aware , especially after you reject injections into your spine they recommended that could cause long term damage down the line . I was confused how the lawyer office was recommending injections but doctors at physical therapy never mentioned it .

The worse communication. Worse case managers. I had two cases with this law firm. The day I contacted them they told me they will take my case. They sent me to a chiropractor immediately. When I inquired about the cost they said, "Don't worry. There will be no cost to you! Just focus on your treatment." Now, today after thousands of thousands of dollars being spent on medical bills. Going to the doctors that THEY sent me to. Getting MRIs and tests from the clinics THEY are some how connected to; I get a letter stating they can't represent me. The reason being bottom line the case is "too hard". Spoke with a "Kelsey", who continued to tell me to speak with the doctor(again, that they sent me to, about medical bills). What happened to the "Don't worry about the money! You won't be charged. Just worry about your treatment" ??? I have private insurance. So I'm now in medical debt for all of the testing. All of the therapy, and back copayments. Not to mention "Kelsey" at times would raise her voice during this conversation. Plain to see she didn't want to even be bothered with my concerns. Not to mention how hard it was to get in touch with her. Angela, my initial case manager, was much more kind, and got back to me quickly. I have never heard of this!!!! almost a year later? Now you're telling me this? After all the medical bills? If you have private insurance DON'T RISK YOUR CREDIT WITH THESE PEOPLE. DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME AT ALL.

Just horrible they charge me for services I didn’t ask for like Uber I could have paid 20 bucks they charge me 83 bucks. They charge way to much they basically took all the money left me with nothing. Said I wouldn’t have as much legal fees but yet I did for that I could have gone directly through the insurance company.

The dragged me on for a few months just to drop my case. Very lazy lawyers, they claimed it was too hard to prove someone almost killing me caused me injuries. Apparently someone smacking your whole door off while you are getting your dog out of the back seat and parked in a legal parking spot correctly is a grey area .

Avoid at all costs!!! In the 10 years I let Banks represent me for a VA claim, he never answered my calls. He lost all my medical records. He has no understanding of how the VA system works and never got me what I deserved. If you want a good VA rep, call Wes at United Veteran's Disability. Wes answers every email and call and actually knows how the VA system works.
