Обратились к Леониду с непростым делом, но как оказалось решаемым. Хотели оспорить штраф от страховой компании. Свою вину признаём , но сумма штрафа была внушаемой и хотелось побороться. Записались на платную консультацию по номеру телефона, указанному на сайте. Пришли, документов подтверждающих то, что мы платим и по какой причине у нас не было-только электронные письма. Объяснили ситуацию на словах, поговорили о том о сем. Леонид попросил найти документы и выслать ему и почте , чтоб он мог с чем то поработать и понять стоит ли вообще нам в это ввязываться. Мы ушли. Как вы понимаете, ответа будем ли мы работать вместе над этим или нет мы не получили. Документы затребовали у страховой, выслали Леониду как и обещали и тишина! Мы тщетно надеялись, что он очень занят и все таки найдёт время и даст ответ и ждали. Но ответа не было! Мы не знали стоит ли нам дальше делать пэйманты или нет. Стали звонить по номеру, указанному на сайте (по которому нас с первого раза записали на консультацию), но там приветливая девушка лишь брала каждый раз данные и обещала что нам перезвонят. После первого обещания мы все же надеялись, что случайно она забыла передать информацию и позвонили ещё раз, потом ещё раз! Я не сомневаюсь в профессионализме адвоката (нам так и не пришлось проверить), но хочу просто предупредить остальных! Я выбрала его основываясь на отзывах-почти всех положительных! Не хочу, чтоб кто то ошибся также. Очень обидно, что мы потрафили время, надеялись , а нам даже не удосужились ответить «извините это дело не решаемо дня нас» или «извините, мы не считаем вас платёжеспособными», или «извините, вы нам не понравились и мы не хотим с вами работать». Нас просто проигнорировали! К слову, вопрос мы решили сами, сократив сумму штрафа в три раза! В общем, прежде чем записываться на консультацию, тратить своё время и деньги (пусть и не столь значимые для США 150$) подумайте!
