Nothing is more stressful than when your child is injured. Last summer my son bit into an olive pit and injured his molar. The injury was so serious that he needed to have the tooth pulled. He developed severe migraines with tinnitus soon after. The restaurant (where the injury occurred) and their insurance company refused to pay for his medical bills. I had nowhere to turn and felt like there was no hope. That is when attorney Amy Sokolson entered the picture and saved the day. My son suffered a lot of trauma from this incident and much of it was emotional. He wanted to know why a business who was responsible for his injury would then fail to do the right thing afterwards to make amends. It added to his stress level (as well as mine). He was so relieved when he finally had someone like Mrs Sokolson in his corner to help. Mrs Sokolson immediately took the reins and was able to to reach a generous settlement for the injury claim within a few days. Mrs Sokolson restored our faith in humanity thanks to her fierce determination, drive, and dedication. My son was so inspired by her that now he wants to be a personal injury lawyer when he grows up. What an important life lesson he learned. There are good people out there who are willing to bend over backwards to help bring about justice and this amazing woman is one of those people!
