Masorti was wonderful! I could tell he really cared about my case! Phillip was very prepared and helped me out so much, I couldn't have asked for a better attorney! Answered any and every question I had, you can't go wrong choosing him!

Called Philip to discuss a speeding ticket I received in Clearfield county. As a Canadian resident these cross-border issues can be tricky. Philip was very gracious and helpful even though he advised against hiring his services to deal with such a minor offence. I can appreciate the fact that he picked up the phone himself and spent a few minutes helping me figuring out what to do. This brief but meaningful interaction says a lot about the man's character.

MAN!!! I don't know where to start with this... I went to 3 other attorneys and explained to them what I was going through for a high profile PSU hazing case. I was on T.V and this was really serious. The other attorneys didn't believe me and was already talking about taking a PLEA. I was a broke student that just graduated and I had my degree taken away and was expelled from PSU the last week of my college experience. "CRAZY" I know... When I walked in to Phil's office he told me listen you can not afford me but just meeting you here and now I not only believe you I want to represent you and we can do a payment plan for the money its not a big deal. Starting from the Preliminary hearing he never went against what I wanted or tried to take the easy way out he is ferocious in the court room and he doesn't back down for ANYTHING or ANYONE. HIS TRIAL SKILLS!!!!!!!! WOW!!! he even went to the extent to let me slap in the face with a rag in court. The way he articulated was so immaculate. The way he questioned the victim and other witnesses made it impossible to escape the actual truth. They say "the truth shall set you free" They need to rephrase the saying to "The truth or Philip Masorti shall set you free" I was found NOT GUILTY by the jury and Phil is getting my record expunged. THERE is not enough STARS to give him he is definitely someone who you NEED if you are facing any type of charges. I GAVE HIM THE BIGGEST HUG after because it was like I gained not only a lawyer but a friend in the process I cried in the end I was a free man.

I was accused of hitting a parked car with my work truck while I was on a job. A police officer called me to inform me of this which was shocking to me because I had no damage what so ever to my truck. The police officer gave me little information about what had happened and really didn't care about my side of the story. The cop didn't even want to know the name of the co-worker I had working with me that day. The officer said he would be in touch with me and never was. About 3 or 4 weeks later, I received 2 citations in the mail. It was like sign here and send us a check, shocking this is how the system works. To this day I still have no clue how much damage was even done to the other persons vehicle. I could have plead guilty and paid the fine by mailing in the citations but I would of had no clue what the punishment would be or what would go on my record. I immediately knew I needed to call a lawyer. Being from the area, I knew Phil Masorti has worked some big cases but I never actually knew how good he was. After reading all of his outstanding reviews, I knew right away he was the lawyer I wanted. I called Phil on a Friday and by Saturday, I had a scheduled meeting with him. He was that fast on responding, something that is highly unusual for lawyers. During the meeting, Phil had me go over my work day when I was accused and had me go over every little detail as possible. Phil went over the circumstances and the possible punishment I was facing. Through it all, Phil reassured me we had a good fighting chance and told me to plead not guilty. The man seemed almost excited about my case, like he was ready to battle. I have to say though, this made me more at ease with the situation. I don’t know if it was solely because I had Phil as my lawyer but before the trial date, the charges were withdrawn. Again, don’t waste your money or your time going anywhere else. Phil Masorti, will fight for you and your rights!
