We feel genuinely indebted to Philip Masorti for helping our son through the biggest adversity he's ever faced. After 14 months of getting continuances, turning down plea bargains, and coming within a week of going to trial, our son's case, which included felony and misdemeanor charges, was ultimately approved for the ARD (Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition) program; so the charges will be dismissed once he completes the program. This is the absolute best resolution we could have hoped for and has without a doubt given our son his future back. Philip is a hardworking, deliberate, and skillful lawyer who is frank, honest, and willing to work with his clients. Thank you Philip - we will be forever grateful.

Philip Masorti was great to work with!! He handled everything for our son’s case. We live 4 hours away from State College and it wasn’t convenient to drive up there all the time. He was terrific and caring! Highly recommend him!!! Trust is key!!!

If your reading this review, you are in the same situation I was in, your in need of an attorney. So many too choose from, everyone sounds like the one you need. Take my word for it, Mr. Masorti (Phillip) ends all searches. I needed an attorney regarding a very serious matter a family member got themselves entangled in. I needed an attorney who could obtain a result that would assure, that this issue would not come back to bite them later in life, meaning, a disposition that would not leave them with a criminal record. After speaking with Mr. Masorti, who by the way called me back less than 24 hours after I left a description of my problem on his web site (Sunday no less)...I knew I hit the jackpot so to speak. My anxiety subsided, I knew everything was going to be all right . Mr. Masorti was confident and knowledgeable with regard to preparing and executing a game plan that would achieve the result I needed. Long story short, Mr. Masorti achieved the result I needed and obtained it quickly. I needed to be in court only once as Mr. Masorti completed all the ground work without the need for multiple appearances. The one time we appeared in court, Mr. Masorti immediately took charge of the hearing and did it with little to no effort. His confidence and knowledge of procedure allowed me to remain relaxed and confident knowing that everything was going to be okay.
