Phil Masorti was excellent! I was in a dispute regarding a fender bender and needed some assistance. Not only did Phil handle EVERYTHING, but he did it professionally, efficiently and never made me feel stupid. Best money I ever spent. This guy has no real interest in helping you. He has more interest in his wife who works with him...his 3 kids, his music, his continuing education and his farm. I learned the hard way and so did my family. We lost a lot of money to this joker. I would not let this guy defend a case of a stolen lollipop let alone anything serious. I spent at least an extra 3 months in jail, thousands of dollars, lost my reputation, my job, family and friends all because this "attorney" could not come to court prepared and charged up to 325.00 for an inter-office memo where there are only a handful of people working. This was to justify not returning any of my families money they put up to help an innocent person defend themself. Steer clear of this guy and his firm....fair warning!

Mr. Lisko thoroughly listened to my concerns and what I had hoped to get out of my case. Although he is a very busy man, he always found time to get back to my messages in a prompt manner. I felt like he cared about my needs and did his best to not only win my case, but set me up for success in the future. I would absolutely hire him again if I needed to.

Roy Lisko provided criminal defense for me in 2013. Roy was very kind to my family and I was able to help me receive a lighter and less serious sentence. As a senior at Penn State, I got into some trouble after police raided a party I was throwing, arrested under-aged students, and found marijuana and paraphernalia in our house. I was in the middle of an internship and had all but been promised a career at the same firm. If I had been convicted of any of the countless charges brought forth upon me or my roommates, I would have lost that opportunity. I was headed from Western PA to Eastern PA to meet some friends and head up north to Massachusetts for a long motorcycle trip weekend. I drove to through State College to meet up with a friend to drive to Philadelphia. I was driving on a rural road and around a bend when a pick-up truck tried to pass me. Another vehicle was coming the opposite way and the pick-up got back over quickly and clipped my front wheel. I flipped over the front of the bike and into an embankment on the side of the road. Luckily, I was wearing a helmet, but I still sustained several broken ribs, a concussion, a broken clavicle, and dislocated shoulder. The driver stopped to help and called an ambulance. When I found Mr. Lisko, he informed me that the man who hit me was a retired government employee who was well known in the area and that he had a lot of friends in the justice system. Attorney Lisko played hardball with the man's insurance company and kept us from going to trial. He secured a generous settlement for me and my family for which I am extremely grateful. As a boilermaker, I would have lost tens of thousands in wages and probably even more in medical bills. With Attorney Lisko as my lawyer, my family and I are taken care of as a I continue to rehab my injuries and try to get back on my feet. Thank you Mr. Lisko.

Philip Masorti went above and beyond for my family. Before I retained him I had spoken with a number of attorneys, most all of them priced far above my families budget. The few I consulted with that were affordable weren’t sure if they could do much more than the public defender was willing to do for us, and really didn’t seem all that interested in the case. When I got Phil on the phone and he heard the particulars of my husband’s case I immediately heard enthusiasm, and zeal in his voice. He himself told me that he loves cases like his (my husband) and really wanted to go to work and fight for him. Attorney Masorti was sympathetic to the fact that we were in need of a kick a@# lawyer, but are a working class family. I was floored when he quoted me a price that was well within our reach. When my son was in trouble at Penn State University we contacted Attorney Lisko. He spent a lot of time explaining all of the possible outcome to both my son and I.
