Helped me and my mother out same day, thanks so much to the office and all their diligent work🙌🏽🙌🏽

I’ve had the great pleasure working with the Fisher & Fisher Law Office group this past year. I came to them heartbroken over a loss and needed assistance with an Estate that I had no idea how to handle. With their guidance from each and every one I dealt with, I felt more at ease throughout the steps. I can’t say enough about these guys. They are professional, knowledgeable and very patient which I loved. I would recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Tim, Sarah, Pamala and Amber oh and everyone else I missed the names of that I spoke to on the phone or in the office.

On September 2nd 2020 my fiancé was accused of a crime by our downstairs neighbor, he was taken into custody same day, he had a public defender who automatically assumed he wanted to be put on probation which was not the case because he did not do anything and it made no sense..so we decided to try to get him a lawyer and fisher and fisher was recommended , Mike Ventrella specifically, when I called Mike to ask him if a payment plan was available he laughed and I was only asking because I’ve never had to use a lawyer nor did I know how it worked. long story short we hired Mike and gave him 5,000 dollars, on October 18th 2022 the case was dismissed in the favor of my fiancé there was no evidence or anything to prove otherwise. We received a letter to get this expunged off of his record so he would be able to live his normal life and that’s when everything went terribly wrong. Mike sent us the paper and the day before court he calls to let my fiancé know he was “nervous” about tomorrow meaning going to court and we didn’t understand why he would say that because the case had already been won. The DA then asked for a 600 reversal and the trial began again.Mike did not fight or do anything to help my fiancé the second time around , the judge allowed all kinds of things to happen in the court room upon lying and everything else just to get my fiancé charged. The second time around he was found guilty and was placed on probation…Mikes response to that was “ well at least you aren’t going to jail” …we didn’t pay him for smart remarks like that we paid him to get this fixed and do his damn job!!! Not sure what the DA or judge had on him to start acting like he didn’t know what he was doing but definitely do your research before hiring him.

My mom needed help because she got scammed by some contractor names Russell Smelts; that was supposed to help the people in her community. I helped her hire a lawyer to sue him, but he didn’t help. So I told him we were done and instead on telling us what we needed to do to get rid of him, he kept going as if we still had him as a lawyer. My mom had to pay $35,000 just because we legally still had him as a lawyer. So with the money we actually wanted him for,($34,000,) plus the rest she is now in a $69,000 debt just because of him. Mind you my mom is already broke raising me and my brother and sister ALONE as a substitute TEACHER. Seeing my mom sad and stressed makes me feel really bad inside. I also have a lot of medications because of my brain tumor I had 5 years ago, so this adds on to her stress. I’m only 15 and I don’t know how I can help. If someone knows anything please tell me.

I had a phone consultation with Michelle Farley. She was extremely professional, courteous and helpful. She was patient as I described my situation and then proceeded to give me very valuable advice. If I decide to pursue my dilemma further, she will definitely be the one I want to represent me.

I would highly recommend Mr Ventrella. I live in Columbus, Ohio and had to hire a lawyer from Monroe County. I had spoke to about 3 lawyers before I talking to Michael Ventrella. After speaking to him I felt he listen and gave it to me straight about what I was facing and what he could do. He worked with me by getting me zoom court appearances for the beginning courts dates which was helpful with the gas prices being so high. I had to go down when things got of course more serious. To make a long story short, he was up front about my chances of winning because it's not always how great of a job he does, it's also about the jury. But he left the choice with me and I chose to move forward with a jury trial instead of taking plea deal. I was a little worried after the jury was picked and started getting worried. Mr Ventrella did an an great job asking questions but a phenomenal job during his closing argument that I believe got me a not guilty verdict. Thank you Mr Ventrella for bringing back me home to my family.

Sarah Pirro and Tim Fisher helped me establish Wills on behalf of parents, and subsequently the creation and management of my mother's estate. Sarah and Tim were exceptional in helping to explain the process and making it as easy as possible. Sarah was there every step of the way to help. Highly recommended!
