I was lost, stressed and confused when I began the probate process with Fisher & Fisher. From the beginning they answered all questions and explained the process to me in a way that made me feel I wasn’t facing it alone and had real professionals in my corner. Then covid happened.. They adapted and overcame the new challenges to the process and stuck with me and kept me updated until the end. I don’t know what I would’ve done without the amazing staff. Thank you!

The Fisher & Fisher team went above and beyond for me and my mother with her estate planning. I never dreamed an attorney could be as attentive, patient and kind as Attorney Tim was. My husband and I had a great experience working with Tim Fisher for the purchase of our new home. He was very helpful and very down to earth throughout the whole process. The closing which can be a stressful experience, was made very smooth and he put us at complete ease. It should be noted that his assistant Amber which I had many dealings with, was a great help as well. She is very quick with her responses to any questions or concerns I had and would even sometimes answer messages after hours. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone to this very personable practice.

Fisher and Fisher Law are an INCREDIBLE legal team and we would highly recommend them to everybody, including our own family and friends. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We have worked closely with Tim Fisher and his colleagues twice in the last year- once when we bought our home and secondly, for setting up a will and estate. In both circumstances, we were unsure and nervous about how best to protect our children and family's interests. For example, when buying a property, there were several gray areas relating to what came under the jurisdiction of the Home Owners' Association versus which we responsible for. Tim went out of this way to dig up the HOA manuals, land deeds and other historical documents to help us fully understand all of the issues involved prior to our purchase and gave sound advice on how we might navigate future issues in this area. In both cases, Tim and his team took the time to carefully explain and discuss all of the legal areas with us, including answering our questions. With the will and estate, Sarah took so much additional time to explain all of details relating to unpleasant medical and financial aspects, in a manner that was as fun/manageable as possible. They even gave us a family rebate!! They are very responsive by email, phone and in-person and have a great way of providing high-quality legal advice, in a manner that made us feel very comfortable. Overall, if you want an excellent legal team that will protect your interests and treat you like family, work with Fisher and Fisher!
